What is the Activity section?
What is Activity? The Activity section is where you manage everything related to your payments. Here you can view the status of payments, subscriptions, authorizations, and IVR calls, and take actions on them. You will find the Activity section in the Management block of the left side menu. From this section you access all payment information through 6 tabs, each with its own subsection: Payments SubscFew readersManage your payments
What is a payment? A payment is a successfully processed transaction. It appears in the Payments tab once the customer has completed the action (paid, authorized, or subscribed). How to find a payment In your panel, make sure you are in the correct environment. Go to Activity in the left side menu. Select the "Payments" tab. What is a subscription? A subscription is a recurring charge that is processed automatically according to the configured time period. Note that once a subscription is created you cannot change its period. If you need to change it, you will have to cancel it and create a new one. Subscriptions can be created through the API or by sending a payment link. Only confirmed subscriptions appear in this tab. What is an authorization? An authorization is when we securely store a card or payment method (like PayPal) to enable future charges without the customer needing to re-enter their details. What is the Operations tab? In Operations you can see all money movements that have taken place in your environment: charges, holds, captures, releases, and refunds. This is an informational tab. No actions are performed here — it is a read-only view of the movement history. Use this tab to see all movements in one place, without having to open each payment individually. What is the Confirmations tab? In Confirmations you can see all pending confirmations where your customer needs to complete a payment action or authorization. This is an informational tab: no actions like refunds or charges are performed here, but you can view the history and notifications for each confirmation. What is an IVR call? IVR (Interactive Voice Response) is a telephone system that allows receiving a call and interacting through voice recordings. In payments, it allows you to charge your customers over the phone securely and in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. The customer is transferred during the call to our IVR system and performs the actions you have defined: entering card details, CVV, etc. At no point are card details heard or received by any agent. Requests section
What is the Requests section? The Requests section is where payment links are created and managed so your customers can pay easily and securely. A request is a link you send to a customer to complete a payment, confirm a subscription, or authorize a card. What is a payment link? A payment link is single-use. Once a customer confirms it (pays, subscribes, or authorizes the card), it can no longer be used by another customer.
