Statistics section

What does the Statistics section include?

This section lets you explore your environment's metrics across four tabs: Sales, Optimization, Security & Fraud, and Tokenization.

  • Go to the left-side menu and select Statistics.
  • You'll see four tabs at the top.

Header filters

All four tabs share the same header filters:

  • Date: always-visible chip to select the time period.
  • Granularity: choose how to group data in charts: Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly.
  • Compare: compare the current period with another. You have 8 options: Current week, Previous week, Current month, Previous month, Current year, Previous year, Previous period (relative to the selected range), and Custom.

Sales tab

The Sales tab shows your environment's billing data.

At the top you'll find two KPIs with their trend:

  • Total completed payments
  • Total refunds

On the right, the Distribution by currency block shows two views: Completed payments and Refunds. It tells you what percentage of volume comes from each active currency in your environment.

Below, in the Sales by currency section, select the currency you want to analyze. The main currencies (EUR, USD, BRL) appear by default; the "..." button expands the rest of the currencies configured in your environment.

For the selected currency you'll see 7 charts:

  1. Sales volume
  2. Average amount
  3. Completed payments
  4. Refund volume
  5. Refunds processed
  6. Commission volume
  7. Net revenue

Optimization tab

The Optimization tab shows the performance of your payments and checkouts.

Payments

  • Acceptance rate: circular indicator with the percentage of accepted payments out of total attempts, with its time trend.
  • Rejections: number of rejected payments in the period.
  • Recovered operations: payments that completed after an initial failure (fallback or retry).
  • Errors by type: table with MC2P error code, error type description, occurrence count, and percentage of total.

Checkouts

  • Conversion rate: percentage of checkout sessions that ended in a completed payment.
  • Bounce rate: percentage of checkout sessions abandoned without any payment attempt.

🧐 The acceptance rate measures what happens at the processor; the conversion rate measures what happens in the checkout before reaching the processor.

Security & Fraud tab

The Security & Fraud tab shows metrics related to 3DS authentication and fraudulent activity in your environment.

3D Secure Agnostic

  • Success rate: percentage of 3DS authentications completed successfully.
  • Operations: total attempted and successful operations in the period.
  • Challenges: attempts and successes for challenge authentications (the cardholder must complete an active verification).
  • Frictionless: attempts and successes for frictionless authentications (no cardholder interaction required).

Fraud

  • Fraud rate: percentage of operations flagged as fraudulent out of the total.
  • Blocked operations: number of operations blocked by the fraud rules configured in your environment.

🧐 To configure the rules that block operations, see Configure fraud rules.

Tokenization tab

The Tokenization tab shows network token usage and performance in your environment.

Network Token

  • Total cards with network token: number of cards that already have an active network token.
  • Success rate: percentage of tokenization attempts that generated a valid token.
  • Rejections: attempts to enable a network token for a card that were rejected.
  • Completed operations: bar chart comparing operations completed With Network Token (dark blue) vs. Without Network Token (light blue).

🧐 Network tokens update automatically when a card expires or is renewed, reducing rejections caused by outdated card data.
