What is the Statistics section?

The Statistics section gives you a detailed view of your environment's performance: sales volume, acceptance rates, error distribution, and more.

You will find it in the Management block of the left side menu.

Available views

Sales

Shows the sales volume over the selected period. You can filter by date range, compare periods, and break down by currency.

Key metrics:

• Volume: total amount of completed payments.
• Refunds: total refunded amount.
• Payments: number of completed payments.
• Average ticket: average payment amount.

Errors

Shows the distribution of payment errors. Useful for identifying which processors or methods have the most failures and why.

Key metrics:

• Denial rate: percentage of denied payments over total attempts.
• Error breakdown: errors grouped by code, processor, or payment method.

Date filters

All views share the same date controls:

• Date chip: always visible. Sets the time range.
• Daily / Monthly toggle: switches between day-by-day and month-by-month granularity.
• Compare: select a second period to compare against the main one.
• Currency: filter metrics by currency (EUR, USD, BRL, and others used in your environment).
