Articles on: Payment management

What are Operations and how to manage them?

What is the Operations tab?

In Operations you can see all money movements that have taken place in your environment: charges, holds, captures, releases, and refunds.

This is an informational tab. No actions are performed here — it is a read-only view of the movement history.

Use this tab to see all movements in one place, without having to open each payment individually.

How to find an operation

  • Go to Activity ▶︎ Operations.
  • Use the filters:
  • Date chip (always visible).
  • Operation type: All, Charge, Hold, Capture, Release, or Refund.
  • Filters button for additional chips.
  • Search bar by payment ID.
  • Click on an operation to expand it.

What information is available?

Before expanding:

  1. Amount: operation amount.
  2. Date and time it was made.
  3. Payment ID: ID of the related payment.
  4. Operation type: Charge, Hold, Capture, Release, or Refund.

When expanded:

  • Information: breakdown of the related payment.
  • Details: payment method used.
  • Operation information:
  • Operation ID: identifier in our system (copiable).
  • Operation type.

🧐 Operations have no Actions or Logs section. To view the full history of a payment, access it from the Payments tab.
