Payment links (single use)

What is a payment link?


A payment link is single-use. Once a customer confirms it (pays, subscribes, or authorizes the card), it can no longer be used by another customer.

How to find a payment link?


  • Go to Requests ▶︎ Payment links tab.
  • Use the filters:
  • Date chip (always visible).
  • Filters button: Type (Payment / Subscription / Authorization) and Currency.
  • Search bar: by ID, Token, External ID, or Email.
  • Click on a link to expand it.


What information is available?


Before expanding:


  1. Total: link amount.
  2. Date and time created.
  3. External ID.
  4. Type: single payment, subscription, or authorization.
  5. Link: icon to copy and share the link.
  6. Status: Pending, Completed, Cancelled, or Expired.


When expanded:


  • Information: item breakdown with Name, Quantity, Price, Subtotal, and Total.
  • Details: link token, expiry date, and IP.
  • Actions: Block — creates risk entries to block future operations with the same data.
  • Logs: History and Notifications.


How to refund a payment link payment?


Refunds for payments made through a link are managed from the Payments tab.
