What are Confirmations and how to manage them?
What is the Confirmations tab?
In Confirmations you can see all pending confirmations where your customer needs to complete a payment action or authorization.
This is an informational tab: no actions like refunds or charges are performed here, but you can view the history and notifications for each confirmation.
How to find a confirmation
- Go to Activity ▶︎ Confirmations.
- Use the filters:
- Date chip (always visible).
- All statuses: Pending, Completed, Cancelled, or Expired.
- Filters button: add chips for Type, Total, or Currency.
- Search bar by ID.
- Click on a confirmation to expand it.
What information is available?
Before expanding:
- Total: confirmation amount.
- Date and time it was created.
- External ID.
- Type: single payment, subscription, or authorization.
- Link: icon to copy the link that takes the customer to the payment screen.
- Status:
- Pending: the customer has not yet completed the action but can still do so.
- Completed: the customer has made the payment or authorization.
- Cancelled: the customer rejected the operation; it can no longer be completed.
- Expired: the deadline to complete the payment or authorization has passed.
When expanded:
- Information: breakdown of the confirmation.
- Details: expiry date and any extra data you sent via API when creating it.
- Logs:
- History: full history with operation type, amount, date, and error code.
- Notifications: notifications sent to your systems (to the
notify_urldefined when creating it).
