Manage your payments

What is a payment?

A payment is a successfully processed transaction. It appears in the Payments tab once the customer has completed the action (paid, authorized, or subscribed).

How to find a payment

  • In your panel, make sure you are in the correct environment.
  • Go to Activity in the left side menu.
  • Select the "Payments" tab.
  • Use the filters to narrow down:
  • Date: always visible as a chip.
  • All statuses: filter by Completed, Refunded, Partially refunded, etc.
  • Filters button: add chips for Type, Currency, etc.
  • Search bar: search by ID, External ID, email, or card number.

What information is available for each payment?

Before expanding:

  1. Total: payment amount.
  2. Date and time it was processed.
  3. Payment method used.
  4. External ID: the identifier you defined when creating the payment.
  5. Payment type: single payment, subscription, or authorization.
  6. Status: Completed, Refunded, Partially refunded.

When you expand a payment:

  • Information: breakdown of the payment with Name, Price, and Recurrence columns.
  • Details: SALE ID, PAYMENT METHOD with masked card number, NAME IN PAYMENT METHOD, CARD BRAND, UNIQUE CARD HASH, PAYMENT METHOD ID, and IP.
  • Payment status: Captured, On-hold, Refunded, and Total amounts.
  • Actions:
  • Refund: refund all or part of the payment.
  • Block: create risk entries to block future operations with the same data.
  • Send receipt: send a payment receipt to the customer.
  • Logs:
  • History: full payment history with operation type, amount, date, and error code if applicable.
  • Notifications: notifications sent to your systems for this payment.

How to refund a payment?

  • Locate the payment in Activity ▶︎ Payments.
  • Click on it to expand it.
  • Click "Refund".
  • In the modal, the Amount field is pre-filled with the total. Enter the amount you want to refund (partial refunds are allowed).
  • If you do not want a notification sent to your systems, check "Without sending notification to your systems".
  • Click "Refund" to confirm.

⚠️ After a full refund, the "Refund" button disappears and no further refunds can be made on that payment.
