Manage your subscriptions
What is a subscription?
A subscription is a recurring charge that is processed automatically according to the configured time period.
Note that once a subscription is created you cannot change its period. If you need to change it, you will have to cancel it and create a new one.
Subscriptions can be created through the API or by sending a payment link.
Only confirmed subscriptions appear in this tab. If a subscription has not yet been confirmed, you will find it in the Confirmations tab.
How to find a subscription
- Go to Activity ▶︎ Subscriptions.
- Use the filters:
- Date chip (always visible).
- All statuses: Waiting, Active, Paused, or Stopped.
- Filters button for additional chips.
- Search bar by ID.
- Click on a subscription to expand it.
What information is available?
Before expanding:
- Amount: subscription amount.
- Date and time it was created.
- Payment method used.
- External ID.
- Charges: number of charges made over the configured total.
- Last charge: date and time of the last charge.
- Status: Waiting, Active, Paused, or Stopped.
When expanded:
- Information: charge type, period, price, and recurrence.
- Details: payment method, start date, IP.
- Actions: Pause, Activate, or Cancel (depending on the current status).
- Logs: History and Notifications.
✋ A Stopped subscription cannot be reactivated.
How to pause, cancel, or activate a subscription?
- Go to Activity ▶︎ Subscriptions.
- Locate and expand the subscription.
- Click Pause, Activate, or Cancel and confirm.
How to refund a subscription payment?
Refunds for subscription charges are managed from the Payments tab, not from Subscriptions.
