Set up your Profile

Sections in your Profile


In the panel, in the top right corner, go to the profile button (the button showing your name) and click on your full name.


A modal will appear with three sections (you can also access these three sections from the profile button):


  • My account
  • Billing
  • Language


If you are a Partner, you will also see a Partner section.


"My account" section


In "My account" you will see the following details:


  • First name
  • Last name
  • Email address


Change First and Last Name


If you need to change your name or last name:


  • Go to "My account" (Top right menu > Click your name > My account)
  • Enter the new name and last name and click "Update".


Change Password


If you need to change your password:


  • Go to "My account" (Top right menu > Click your name > My account)
  • Go to "Change Password"
  • Enter your current password and the new password you want to use. For security reasons, you will also be asked to repeat the new password.
  • Click "Change password"


Once you have changed your password, you can log out from all devices where you are currently signed in.


Enable 2FA on Zru


You can learn more about 2FA in this article.


To enable 2FA, you need an authenticator app (e.g. Google Authenticator) or a browser extension with this functionality (e.g. 1Password).


  • Go to "My account" (Top right menu > Click your name > My account).
  • Scroll to "Two-step authentication".
  • Click the "Add two-step authentication" button.
  • A QR code will appear. Scan it with your app or enter the code shown below the QR.
  • Once scanned (or the code entered), your app will give you a number to enter in the panel under "Authentication code", then click Continue.
  • Recovery codes will appear. It is very important to save them in a safe place, as they are the only way to recover your account if you lose access to your authenticator app.


Log out


To log out from all devices where you are signed in:


  • Go to "My account" (Top right menu > Click your name > My account)
  • Scroll down until "Log out" appears
  • Click the "Log out" button


"Billing" section


In this section you can manage everything related to the invoices we will send you, add the cards to charge, and update your billing details.


Add a card


When creating your account, you must add a card to which we will charge monthly.


  • Go to the "Billing" section (Top right menu > Click your name > Billing)
  • In the "Card" section click "Create"
  • Add the card details
  • Click "Authorize"


Update your Billing Details


Add or update your company billing details:


  • Go to the "Billing" section (Top right menu > Click your name > Billing)
  • In the "Billing Details" section click "Edit"
  • Fill in the requested fields so we can send invoices with the correct details.


"Language" section


From this section you can change the panel language.


To change the language:


  • Go to the "Language" section (Top right menu > Click your name > Language)
  • Select the language. Currently the panel is available in Spanish, English, French, and Portuguese.
  • Click "Update"
