Zru's hierarchy model

Before configuring your company, it helps to understand how the panel is organized:

• User: your personal account, identified by your email. One user can belong to several companies.
• Company: the legal entity that groups environments and handles billing.
• Environments: each company can have several environments (Test, Production, and so on), each with its own payment configuration.

How to access Company settings

• Click your avatar in the top right corner.
• Under the Company block of the dropdown, select "Settings".

The General settings modal opens on the Company profile configuration screen. Under the Company block you also have Members, Billing and Partner.

Company details

From here you can change:

• Company logo: use the "Upload logo" button to replace the default logo with your company's brand image. The X over the thumbnail removes the current logo.
• Company name: the name shown in the panel and in the user menu.

Once changed, click "Update" to save.

Delete company

To delete a company you have to send a manual request to support@zrupay.com. It is not a self-service action because it involves reviewing contracts, pending billing data and other administrative matters.

Create a new company

The "Create company" button lets you add an extra company under the same user. Useful for holdings with several legal entities, agencies managing Zru for several clients, or to isolate test configurations.

Switching companies

From the avatar menu, click the current company name (with the → arrow). The list of all companies you belong to will appear, with a ✓ check on the active one. Select another to switch the context of the whole panel.
