What is a payment orchestrator?
Zru is defined primarily as a payment aggregator and a payment orchestrator. These two features allow merchants to manage their collections efficiently and autonomously.

Payment orchestration: what is it and how can it help you?
Orchestrate — but what exactly?
Zru mainly allows you to orchestrate routes between card processors.
We are connected to processors such as Stripe, Adyen, Braintree, Redsys, Cecabank, MercadoPago, etc. You can see the full list here.
This means that once you have added the card processors you want to use to your panel, you can decide the routes each card payment from your customers will follow.
This functionality lets you build routes, using clicks and without writing code:
- Create fallbacks and retry attempts through the same or other processors. This will improve your acceptance rate and increase conversions by reducing payments lost to errors.
- Create card payment orchestration based on the following conditions:
- Percentage: define the percentage of payments you want to go through your route
- Card type: route payments through the preferred processor based on whether it is a credit, debit, or charge card
- Card brand: define which processor handles the charge based on the brand: Visa, Mastercard, etc.
- Card level: we have up to 9 level types you can use to route payments: Business Card, Corporate, Electron, Gold, Platinum...
- Card country: route collections based on the country of issue
- Card issuing bank: route collections based on the issuing bank
- Card BIN: decide which processor handles the charge based on the BIN (Bank Identification Number)
