Company members and Role management
What is the Members section?
From Company ▶︎ Members (accessible from the avatar menu in the top right) you can manage who belongs to your company and what roles are available.
This is different from Settings ▶︎ Environment members, which controls access to a specific environment. The Company members section manages access at the company level.
Members
The members list shows all users who belong to your company. For each member you can see their name, email, and company role.
To invite a new member:
- Click "Invite member".
- Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.
- Select their role.
- Click "Send invitation".
The invited person will receive an email to join the company.
Roles
Roles define what each member can do within the company and its environments. You can create custom roles adapted to your team's needs.
To create a new role:
- Go to the "Roles" tab.
- Click "Create role".
- Give it a name and define the permissions.
- Click "Create".
🧐 Roles created here are available to assign both at the company level and within each environment.
