How does the panel work?

From the panel you can do everything needed to manage your payments: add connections, create orchestrations, configure your checkouts, manage activity, send payment links, and much more.

🧐 Everything you can do from the panel can also be done through the API.

Company, environments and user

Before diving into the panel details, it helps to understand how your account is organized:

  • User: your personal account, identified by your email. The same user can belong to multiple companies.
  • Company: the entity that groups environments and manages billing. You can switch companies or create a new one from the avatar menu in the top right corner.
  • Environment: each company can have multiple environments, for example one for testing and one for production. Each environment has its own configuration, Connections, Orchestrations, Checkouts, activity, statistics, etc.

🧐 You can always see which environment you are in from the top left corner. You can also switch environments easily from there.

Learn how to create and manage environments in this guide.

The home page: Summary

When you open the panel you see the Summary page. You will find:

  • Three cards with the current environment metrics: Connections (Created / Active), Orchestrations (Created / Active) and Checkouts (Created / Active).
  • Quick access to Add connection and Create orchestration.
  • A Sales summary with a date selector in Daily or Monthly mode, option to compare periods, and breakdown by currency.

The panel menu

In the vertical bar on the left you will find all panel sections, organized in blocks.

Optimization block

Here you configure how payments are processed and displayed:

  • Connections: add and manage the processors and payment methods you want to use.
  • Orchestrations: create routing rules between processors through a visual canvas.
  • Checkouts: design the payment screens your customers will see and define under which conditions each one is shown.

Management block

From here you manage everything related to payments that have already occurred or are in progress:

  • Activity: view and manage payments, subscriptions, authorizations, operations, confirmations, and IVR calls.
  • Marketplace: manage customers and payment accounts for marketplace business models.
  • Requests: create and manage payment links.
  • Statistics: view the sales and error statistics for your environment.

Developers

Tools for the technical team:

  • API Logs: view all requests made to our API and their responses.
  • Notifications: review the notifications we sent to your server and the responses you returned.
  • Webhooks: configure the endpoints to which we send your transaction notifications.

Configuration

From here you configure the environment you are in. Clicking Settings in the left menu opens the Environment configuration page, a dashboard with direct access to ten tiles:

  • Members of the environment: manage who has access to the environment and with what role.
  • Themes: manage and edit checkout templates.
  • Integration: access API keys and perform advanced configurations.
  • Risk lists: add risk items, which can block or allow operations.
  • Fraud rules: define fraud rules based on variables.
  • Blocked BINs: manage and add bins to avoid fraudulent transactions.
  • Catalog: manage products, plans, shipping, taxes, and coupons.
  • POS: manage your stores, terminals, and users.
  • IVR: set up voice messages and their languages.
  • Error messages: define the error messages your customers will see.

Your profile and the company

In the top right corner, the avatar menu gives you access to two blocks:

Profile:

  • My account: edit your name, last name, and department, and manage your credentials.
  • Language: change the panel language.

Company:

  • Settings: adjust the company name and logo, or create a new company.
  • Members: manage who has access to the company environments and available roles.
  • Billing: view and manage billing details, invoice history, and next charge.
