What is My account?

My account is where you manage your personal user profile in Zru: name, avatar, department and access credentials. It is user information, not company or environment information.

How to open My account

• Click your avatar in the top right corner of the panel.
• In the dropdown menu, select "My account".

General settings opens with My account active inside the Profile block.

Personal details

From here you can update:

• Avatar: a circle with your initials by default. Use the "Upload icon" button to replace it with a photo.
• First name and Last name.
• Department: a selector with functional areas that helps identify your role within the organisation.

After changing any field, click "Update" to save.

Credentials and security

Below your personal details is the Credentials and security section, with:

• Email address: the email you use to sign in to the panel.
• Password: click "Change Password" to change it. You need your current password and the new one, which must be longer than 8 characters and include letters, numbers and at least one capital letter.
• Two-step authentication: turn on the switch to protect your account with an additional code when you sign in. See how in this guide.
• Log out: closes your session on every device where you are signed in.

⚠️ Your password expires every 90 days. If you do not have two-step authentication enabled, the panel will ask you to sort it out when you sign in. We cover it in this guide.

How it differs from Environment members and Company members

• My account: your personal profile, tied to your user identity in Zru. If you belong to several companies, this profile is the same in all of them.
• Environment members (Settings ▶︎ Environment members): which users have access to this environment and with which role.
• Company members (avatar menu ▶︎ Company ▶︎ Members): which users have access to the company and its environments, with custom role management.
