What is the Environment members section?

From Settings ▶︎ Members of the environment you can manage who has access to each environment and with what permissions.

This is different from Company ▶︎ Members, which manages company-level access.

How to invite a user to an environment

• Go to Settings in the left side menu.
• Click the "Members of the environment" tile.
• Click "Invite user".
• Enter the user's e-mail (required), and optionally the name and surname.
• Select the role you want to assign. It can be one of the five predefined roles or a custom one you have already created.
• Confirm the invitation.

Roles

Roles define what each member can do within the environment.

Predefined roles

There are five predefined roles that you cannot modify. If you need a similar one with some changes, create a custom role starting from one of them.

Administrator

Has all the environment permissions except managing users and roles.

Commercial

Can view the payment links section. This is the ideal role for someone who only needs to create and send payment links.

Developer

Has access to the API credentials, the Developers section and the Settings sections related to the integration.

Financial

Has access to everything needed for the daily management of the environment.

Read-only

Read-only access to the entire panel: can see all the information without creating, editing or deleting anything.

🧐 Owner has all the environment permissions, but it does not appear among the roles you can assign from Members of the environment. It is assigned automatically to whoever creates the environment, and you can assign it when inviting someone from your avatar menu ▶︎ Company ▶︎ Members.

Custom roles

You can create fully custom roles with the permissions you need. To do so, go to your avatar menu ▶︎ Company ▶︎ Members ▶︎ Manage roles.
