What are Risk lists?

Risk lists allow you to block or mark as trusted specific data points: email addresses, cards, BINs, IP addresses, and more. They are checked automatically when a payment is attempted.

How to access Risk lists

• Go to Settings ▶︎ Risk lists.

List types

• Blocked: elements in this list will cause the payment to be rejected automatically.
• Trusted: elements in this list will bypass certain fraud checks.

How to add an entry

• Click "Add" in the relevant list.
• Select the type (email, card, BIN, IP, etc.) and enter the value.
• Click "Save".

How to remove an entry

From the list, click the trash icon next to the entry you want to remove.
