Manage IVR
What is the IVR section?
In Settings ▶︎ IVR you can customize the texts the voice system uses during an IVR call to communicate with your customers.

The language list
When you enter the IVR section you will see the list of languages configured for your environment. Available languages are: Spanish, Catalan, French, English, German, and Galician.
From the header you can add new languages with the "New language" button.
Configuring a language
Click on the language you want to edit. A modal will open with the following options:
Default
The "Default" toggle marks the language that will be used when the customer does not specify one. There must always be one language set as default.
Customizable texts
You can customize the 7 texts the IVR speaks during the call:
- Initial greeting: welcome message. Use
%stwice: the first is replaced by the amount to pay and the second by the currency. - Thank you for entering the 16 digits
- Invalid card number
- Please re-enter the numbers
- Card Verification Code (CVV)
- Operation completed
- Operation not completed
How to configure a language?
- Go to Settings ▶︎ IVR.
- Click on the language you want to configure.
- Make the changes you need.
- Click "Edit" or "Create" to save.
