Customize error messages

What are error messages?


From Settings ▶︎ Error messages you can customize the texts your customers see when a payment error occurs during checkout.


This allows you to replace generic error codes with clear, friendly messages in the language your customers understand.


How to configure error messages


  • Go to Settings ▶︎ Error messages.
  • Find the error code you want to customize.
  • Enter the custom text you want your customers to see.
  • Click "Save".


🧐 If no custom text is set for an error code, the default system message will be shown.
