How to recover my password?

If you cannot remember your password, you can reset it in a few steps:

• Go to the panel sign-in page.
• Click "Forgot your password?".
• Enter your email address and click "Continue".
• Open the email we sent you. If you do not see it in your inbox, check your spam folder.

🧐 If you do not receive the email, we may not have an account registered with that address. Write to us at soporte@zrupay.com and we will help you.

• Click "New password" in the email.
• Enter your new password in both fields and click "Continue".
