At ZRU, we simplify online payment management for companies selling via websites, apps, links, or IVR. As a payment orchestration platform, here is a brief overview of how we enhance business payment processes.
How do companies make online payments?
In order to make online sales, companies need to connect with one or more payment methods.
To give you an idea, in the same way that when we buy in a physical store we put our bank card in a POS (Point of Sale Terminal), when we buy in an online store we put our card in a Virtual POS.
We all understand that when your store is physical, you ask your bank or an entity for a POS to be able to charge by card, but what do you do when your store is online?
When your store is online, you have to connect your website or APP to that Virtual POS.
And what happens if you also want your client to be able to pay with PayPal? What if you want them to be able to finance their purchase as well?
For all these cases, you have to connect to each of those payment methods.
Sometimes it is simple because your website is made in a CMS and you have a plugin at your disposal, but if your website is custom or your payment flow is more complex (such as a marketplace) the connection can be more tedious.
That (and in other points that you will see later) is where we come into the picture!
Using ZRU you do not need to connect with each payment method and virtual POS that you want to use, because we will take care of the connection.
Once your website is connected to ZRU, you just have to activate the payment methods you want to use with a simple click.
What other solutions do we offer?
With us, businesses can manage all their payments online, because ZRU…
is an orchestrator of card processors, which allows businesses to decide which processors to pass each card charge through according to the rules they decide (you can find out what an orchestrator is in this article).
is connected to more than 30 payment methods and card processors.
offers management functionalities such as creating payment links, customising payment screens and performing A/B tests between various payment screens.
enables businesses to manage all the payment methods they use from one place, our dashboard: make returns, view the history of each payment, cancel a subscription, etc.
