# Requests section

# What is the Requests section?

The **Requests** section is where payment links are created and managed so your customers can pay easily and securely.

A request is a link you send to a customer to complete a payment, confirm a subscription, or authorize a card. Once the customer clicks and completes the action, the request is recorded in the system.

In Zru there are two types of requests:

- [**Payment links**](https://academy.zrupay.com/es/article/enlaces-de-pago-de-unico-uso-1q1jk2k/): single-use.
- [**Multi-use links**](https://academy.zrupay.com/es/article/enlaces-multiuso-1t73mfs/): multi-use. They can be sent to multiple customers or published on a website.

# What types of links can be created from the panel?

From the panel you can create **single-use payment links** using the **"Create Link"** button in the **Payment Links** tab.

**Multi-use links** cannot be created from the panel. If you need one, contact us at [hola@zrupay.com](mailto:hola@zrupay.com).

> 🧐 The Requests section has no CSV export button. If you need to export data, you can do so from the **Activity** section.
