# Company billing

# What is the Billing section?

From **Company** ▶︎ **Billing** (accessible from the avatar menu in the top right) you can manage everything related to your Zru invoices and payment details.

# Billing details block

This block shows the card and fiscal data currently on file.

- **Card**: the card used to pay Zru invoices. Click **"Edit"** to add or replace it.
- **Billing Details**: your company's fiscal data (company name, address, country). Click **"Edit"** to update them.

# Next monthly invoice block

This block shows a forecast of the upcoming invoice:

- **To date**: the Zru cost (in EUR) from the 1st of the current month to today.
- **Forecast**: estimated cost for the full month based on current usage.
- **Next charge**: the date on which the next invoice will be issued and the days remaining.

# Invoice history

The table below shows all issued invoices, one row per billing period:

- **Month and year**: the period the invoice corresponds to.
- **Number**: the invoice number.
- **Payments received**: number of payments processed during that period.
- **Total**: the total amount invoiced.
- **Paid**: whether the invoice has been charged (Yes / No).
- **Invoice**: link to download the invoice as a PDF.

> 🧐 Invoices are issued the month after the operations took place: payments from March will appear in April.
